John has been instrumental in pioneering online methods of measuring emotion, including QualiQuant® and Lovemarks™ since 2000.
He was formerly Managing Director of QiQ International, the innovative online agency he created with Peter Cooper and CRAM
Prior to that he had a long and successful career at Unilever, which included senior positions in Russia, Dubai and laterally, Blackfriars.
John has also written many conference papers for ESOMAR and MRS on Measuring Emotion, the Emotional Effects of Advertising, and Brand Personality.
